Registration Fees

     Papers will be included in the proceedings only after author registration  (with a limit of two papers per author). The date limit for author registration is as the "Standard registration" in the table above.

     Payment can be made through credit card or bank transfer at the date of registration. Cash and credit card payments are accepted at the conference desk and but they will be considered "Late Registration" no matter when the registration form is submitted. The following credit cards will be accepted for on-site registration: VISA & MASTERCARD.

* Discounted Rate for Students

     To qualify for discounted registration rates, include a copy of a valid full-time student identification card with the registration form. Student registration does not include a hardcopy of the Proceedings volume. Instead, only a CDROM copy will be provided.

     Student participants may benefit from the ISCA support by applying to the ISCA grants.

** COST Member Student
     The students belonging to the institutions participating in the Management Committee of COST Action 2103  will obtain a reduction in the registration fee. To qualify for discounted registration rates, include a copy of a valid full-time student identification card and a letter of your PhD supervisor with the registration form. As for the rest of students, registration does not include a hardcopy of the Proceedings volume. Only a CDROM copy will be provided.

• Full Documentation Set, including certificates of attendance, other documentation, conference bag, conference folder, etc.

On-line registration

     If you are planning to attend the conference, we encourage you to register using the on-line registration tool. Your registration for the conference is continuously open and you can update the details at any time.

Registration Form

     If you experience problems with the on-line registration, or you pay by bank transfer, please download the conference registration form, fill it, and send the  form with the payment receipt by fax to the Conference Secretariat

Registration Desk

     At the conference venue, registered participants will be provided with badges, and vouchers for all those events that have been confirmed. Congress bag with congress documents will be delivered separately. These documents will not be mailed before the Workshop. In the case of late payments not yet credited to the account of AVFA2009 on the day of arrival, a copy of the remittance order must be presented.

     Remember to show your passport, ID card, or confirmation form, when collecting your documents at the registration desk.
