Social program

The registration fee includes a social program with a touristic visit to the scenic cities of Toledo and Segovia.

Additional reception and banquet tickets can be requested on the registration form (or at the on-site registration desk), subject to availability. The number of tickets is limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Reception Dinner (18th May)

The reception dinner will take place at 22,00 h in the Restaurant  La Floresta, located in the center of Segovia after a short scenic view of the monumental city.

Includes: Transportation bus departing from the conference venue, English speaking guide, wine tasting and cocktail dinner.

Gala Dinner (19th May)

The gala dinner will take place at 21,00 h in the Restaurant Cigarral de Las Mercedes, located in the surroundings of Toledo after a half-day scenic visit to the monumental city.

Includes: Transportation bus departing from the conference venue, English speaking guide, entrance to several monuments, short scenic view  and dinner.

Other social activities

Not included in the registration fee. This activity has to be booked in advance. At least 20 people are needed.

CITY TOUR in Madrid and VISIT to AVILA. One-day visit.

Includes: Bus, Luncheon, English speaking guide, Tickets to the "Royal Palace", "Prado" Museum, the Cathedral of Avila, and the "Santa Teresa" convent.
